2009 Soccer Signup Info
(Registration is Closed for 2009)

It's that time again to sign up your child for fall soccer!

We will be signing children up for the following age groups, based on the grade they will be entering in the fall.

Kindergaren $20
1st & 2nd Grade $25
3rd & 4th Grade $25
5th & 6th Grade $30
7th & 8th Grade $30

The first child will be full price with $5 off for each additional child.

Forms will be provided at time of sign-up or you can get additional forms on line at www.lyaanh.org and at Maxfield Public Library.

**No longer taking resgistrants.**

The 2009 Fall soccer program will start the first few weeks of school. Check out the LYAA Schedule for time & location of sign-ups.
